A number of citizen residential along the Cipinang River are submerged after heavy rain hit Jakarta and Bogor until causing the river overflowed.

Aris, (29), a local citizen expressed, inundation overflows since Wednesday (4/20) afternoon, at around 6.30 PM. It had receded at around 11 PM, and happened again at 3 AM, Thursday (4/21).
